All Directors (Board Members) and committee members are homeowner residents of Village Walk, and all volunteer their time without any compensation beyond the satisfaction of knowing that they are contributing to the welfare of our community. Board members try to sense the mood of our community and the concerns of its residents. Each understands that he or she serves you, the homeowner or resident, and encourages contact and participation from all.

Pro-actively, the Board tends to daily, monthly, and yearly business. With the help of the property manager and committee members, things such as maintenance, landscaping, bill payments, and much, much more are done on behalf of all homeowners. Board members are bound by specific rules and covenants as defined in the official governing documents. Reactively, the Board listens to the concerns of the community -- whether from a renter who has lived here one month or from a 20-year owner who rents out his home and lives in Timbuktu. Many of the Board's activities result from concerns from the community.

So remember that Board meetings are open to all, and they are held on the 2nd Thursday of every month at: 2905-I South Fairview Street at 7:00p.m. for Homeowners Forum. Board Meeting at 7:30p.m.
